    The name says it all! See especially their series of Manuals on Urban Subwatershed Restoration. Be sure to join.

    U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
    The EPA's 'Surf your Watershed' page. A good place to get started if you have a particular watershed in mind.

    Watershed Management Council
    The Watershed Management Council is a non-profit organization whose members represent a broad range of watershed management interests and disciplines.

    Land & Water Australia
    The Australian government's Watershed website. It's a good auxiliary resource with very good tools and manuals.

  • Technical Resources

    Natural Resources Conservation Service
    A link to their Conservation Engineering Tools and Documents Page. A source for, among other things, NEH 630 - the National Engineering Handbook on Hydrology.

    Natural Resources Conservation Service
    A link to their 1998 National Watershed Manual. It discusses the minimum requirements for administering the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act (Public Law 83-566).
