Stormwater Planning

ATR Associates assists government and commercial clients with stormwater permitting and compliance, assists planners and designers with stormwater planning, and assists engineers and contractors with erosion and sediment control. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans

ATR Associates has prepared stormwater pollution prevention plans for municipal and commercial clients.  We:
   • Assist management with the preparation of administrative elements of the plan
   • Perform site assessments and evaluations
   • Select appropriate BMPs
   • Assist in the implementation of the plan through training and construction of
      some BMPs
   • Evaluate the effectiveness of the plan through auditing and stormwater
      monitoring




Stormwater Design

Erosion and Sediment Control

ATR Associates engineers can help developers minimize erosion and sediment production at sites through proper planning, including minimizing disturbed aras and managing stormwater and sediments on-site. We can also prepare and review erosion and sediment control plans and inspect erosion and sediment control BMPs.  Our E&S Plans include all appropriate elements depending on the particular local requirements, but at a minimum they include:
   •  A location map
   •  A Site Plan showing existing conditions
   •  A Grading Plan showing proposed conditions
   •  A Erosion & Sediment Control Plan showing E&S BMPs
   •  Construction sequence and timeline, including E&S activities associated with
       each phase of construction
   •  A Narrative description of the E&S activities
