Federal, state and local governments have enacted numerous laws and have promulgated a wide range of regulations that govern our activities that may have an adverse effect on the environment. For over 15 years, ATR Associates has assisted clients in their efforts to comply with those environmental laws and regulations.

Compliance Auditing

We at ATR Associates have conducted comprehensive compliance audits since 1984. We are experienced with all the federal environmental regulations and requirements under CAA, CWA, SDWA, RCRA (Subtitles C, D and I), CERCLA/ SARA, FIFRA, TSCA, NEPA, ESA, and NHPA.  We have conducted comprehensive audits based on the protocols established by the Army Corp of Engineers' Environmental Compliance Assessment System (ECAS), the U.S. Air Force's Environmental Compliance Assessment and Management Program (ECAMP), and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Generic Protocol for Environmental Audits at Federal Facilities.  We will provide clients with comprehensive knowledge of all federal, state and local regulations pertinent to their operations.
